Singapore

SMPs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of External Audit Management Software, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme.

How to apply

Step 1 – Check your Eligibility

Registered business entity in Singapore
Purchase/subscription of the IT solution must be used in Singapore
The applicant must not have:
- Made any payment to a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/ lease/ subscription of the IT solution
- Signed or confirmed any contract or purchase order with a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/ lease/ subscription of the IT solution
Primary or secondary Singapore Standard Industrial Classification (SSIC) code must start with 692
Group annual sales turnover of not more than S$100 million or group employment size of not more than 200 workers
At least 30% local shareholding

Step 2 – Apply on Business Grant Portal

Documents to prepare for submission:
- ACRA Bizfile & Financial Statements
- Quotation from Smart Audit
- Business Impact with details of overall impact and productivity gains
Accept Letter of Offer

Step 3 – Implementation

Make payment to Smart Audit – either online or request for an invoice for payment
Request Smart Audit for an onboarding session
Create champions in your firm to assist others

Step 4 – Submit Claims

Submit your claims on the Business Grants Portal during 6th and 18th month

Pakistan

SMPs are eligible for up to 40% support for the adoption of External Audit Management Software, as per agreement with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).

ICAP shall reimburse 50% cost for upto three users for first three years upto a maximum of USD 120 per user per annum for those firms who have audits of upto 3 PIC’s. (Reimbursement shall be made in equivalent Pak Rupees). A member may use any software compliant with International Standards on Auditing. The required information shall be submitted to the Secretary for reimbursement.
